This Week at Peace Lutheran Church

END OF YEAR CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS Tax season is here.  Members of Peace who have given their e-mail address to the church office  will receive their 2011 giving statement through their e-mail.  Members of Peace who do not have e-mail should see Dottie Ritter for a copy of their statement.  If you have not received the email, please let Dottie know and she will resend it. 215-257-4587 Thank you!

Valentine Delivery to Shut-ins

February 12   1:00 pm

Help share the love of God with some of our elder members.  After our marriage renewal, volunteers will be assigned to a team and receive directions to a shut-in member to visit.  Each team will be provided with a card and small gift to take with them. Volunteers of all ages are welcome!

All are welcomed at the Outreach Team meeting on Feb 6, 2012 (Mon) at 7:30 pm in overflow room.

                        and Prayer Stations open in the Library 5-9 pm.

 

ART SHOW   If you happen to be in Indian Valley Public Library, 100 E Church Avenue, Telford, check out the artwork in the hallway to the Fiction Room (first hallway to the left upon entering the library). Sandy Miller's watercolors will be displayed there until February 15, 2012. Library hours are 9 to 9 Monday through Thursday, 10 to 9 on Friday, 10 to 5 on Saturday and 1 to 5 on Sunday.

Discounted advance tickets are available from Rhelda Warriner after worship. $13.50 adults, $8.00 children (ages 4-10), if purchased by Wed. 1/25/12. (at the door $15.00.) The meal is served family-style and will include Beef Roast w/ gravy, lettuce & egg salad w/ sweet mayo dressing, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans, rolls, beverages and assorted desserts.

For those who did not purchase a LCT Cookbook, they will be available that day.  If you would like to order a Cookbook for $12.00 (which includes the supplement), please see Rhelda Warriner.
